"Building a Mission Outpost for Future Generations"

 

 

We are in the middle of an exciting journey of faith that will lead us to our new facility on the corner of 42nd Street East and Avenue S in Southeast Palmdale!

The goal is to build a facility that will function as a "mission outpost", a place where people begin their faith adventure, belong to a vibrant and loving community, and then become the person God created them to be.  Our prayer, already being answered, is that Desert Winds will be fertile soil for future pastors, missionaries, and leaders of our community who reflect God's love and grace.

Our architects, Building God's Way, have designed our new facility.  We are currently in the middle of a capital campaign to help us build the facility, and will soon enter the Conditional-Use Permit process through the City of Palmdale.

But the true building...the greater challenge...is the building of our faith.  Even through difficult economic times, we have found our God to be faithful and intensely interested in building our character and trust in Him that through Him, all things are possible.
